Great Rod, however, BUYER BEWARE: This Company will place items/products that you didn't select in your CART(and it wont even show up in your cart as a product, but a small little blurb at the bottom). I believe this to be a highly illegal practice. I believe this company may be opening themselves up to a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Have you found yourself to be a victim of this activity? I own almost every rod that this company makes. I find this practice to be highly suspicious and a poor reflection on what I thought was a wonderful company. I can not believe that they would sellout their Integrity for such a small gain. So disappointing.

The Sato has a very light, precise feel to it at all lengths, and also looks & feels very high quality.
Within just a few casts (coming from a western setup I last used 20 years ago), I was able to get my flies where I wanted them, even underneath some mangroves. I hooked and landed a 12” rainbow in the first few minutes. The rod flexes very nicely to control the fish. Can’t wait to get back out there again!
