Return policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after placing an order to request a return for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tenkarausa.com. We will let you know details of where to send the item(s) back. And, if needed we can help with a return label by deducting the shipping cost from the refund.

Damages and issues
We accept returns for a refund regardless of condition. After all we want you to try tenkara, and if it is not for you then it is okay to return. Just please let us know the condition of the item so we know where to get it sent to.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we will refund the original order when the item is sent back.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
