Warranty Claim

This form states a claim was fulfilled 14 days ago. My claim was several years ago. It was perhaps the most dignified warranty claim process I’ve ever taken part in. This rod was borrowed from a friend and broke when I was using it. No one tried to get me on a technicality like not having a receipt or not being the purchaser. Tenkara stood behind their product unconditionally. The cost to me was about half of what I expected. This is a quality company.

I didn’t receive an order.🤷‍♂️

Mainly bream and crappie with the kids. It’s simple and fun. Broke it once but Tenkara shipped a replacement piece without any fuss. Stays under the seat in my truck with a few flies.

I didn’t order anything lately, but I will respond here.
I do have 2 Satos I’ve had now for several years. It’s still my go to rig for most conditions, it’s my fav. From 6 inchers up to 18, it is just a fun rod. I do have 3 other companies rods, all have their purpose, all are fun, but the Ssto is the one I started with doing Tenkara, and went to the Coon Valley weekend clinic you were a part of several years ago. I now have my brother in law, and a hand full of others throwing with a Tenkara rig.
