Would like to acknowledge the service that I received on my warranty claim; EXCELLENT. No hassel, just great service, I received my replacement piece (5th segment) for my Satoki rod; it broke while I was fishing. Regarding the rod, it has caught lots of fish. For me, because I fish in salt water I break down my rod and wipe down each segment and allow to dry before storing. Love this rod because it provides 3 lengths. -thanks
