I like using my tenkara gear to catch: Smaller size fish (say 8-12" / 20-30cm)
I like using my tenkara rod in: Very small streams, Mountain streams
With Tenkara small mountain streams are the perfect spot for seeking brook and cutthroat.

The Tenkara system is a heart and mind meditation on the wonder of mountain fishing, I felt delighted to catch brook and cutthroat on my first use last week.

    Sato, Suzume , Oni rods

The two holes for the rods are confusing, and their offset nature makes winding the line interesting. Would probably be better off with a central rod hole, and that might give us room for another fly box on the other side.
