    Description:
The perfect pack to fit your entire tenkara kit and realize how little you really need to fly fish. This pack can be clipped to your belt (or belt loop) or to the front straps of a backpack by using the clips on the back.

It will easily fit a fly box, a couple of spools of line, spool of tippet and forceps + nippers.

From Tenkara USA founder, Daniel: "I asked Chris Zimmer to make these for us as it is a great piece of gear. It took me a long time to find a minimalist pack I felt very comfortable with, but this was the piece of gear we could put the Tenkara USA logo on and feel proud of."

I like the size and construction of the pack. However there are a couple things that could make it better. There is really no way to attach it to a belt. The elastic strap in the back is designed to go around the pack strap. I suppose by adding a webbing loop to the clips, you could make it work. I also bought the double zinger. However, if you put the nippers on one side and the forceps on the other, they will be constantly banging into each other. I would love to see a small pocket or elastic loop to put the forceps in while attached to hold them from swinging. I like the full pocket on the front, but no way to get the forceps in, if you are using a retractable lanyard. Love the pocket on the back to hold a fishing license, or phone while on the water.

    small ponds, lakes and reservoirs.

Kinda perfect, actually. I'm lucky enough to have two of the Tenkara USA fly boxes, one for flies, the other for lines. they fit in perfectly. Forceps and nippers, as well as the line keeper all fit in. We're gonna need a bigger pack...wait, it's to carry less stuff!
